Each year, the Healthpeak Annual Conference brings together more than 400 property management, leasing, and engineering professionals from across our nationwide portfolio. Together, we spend three days learning, connecting, and recognizing the shared purpose that drives the people who keep our buildings and our clients running every day.

This year, we gather in South San Francisco to celebrate our conference theme: “Where Performance Meets Purpose.” It’s what unites us across Outpatient Medical and Lab: one portfolio, one standard, and a shared commitment to delivering for our customers, our partners, and each other.

  • The conference is designed for Healthpeak’s property management, leasing, and engineering teams across our Outpatient Medical and Lab portfolio. Attendance is by invitation.

  • You will receive an email with registration details. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with hotel reservation details and travel guidance.

  • Business casual throughout. The service project and market tours are more relaxed. Comfortable shoes are encouraged for both.

  • Yes. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included on programming days.

  • If your plans change, please notify the Healthpeak Conference Team as soon as possible so we can adjust hotel and meal arrangements.
